To compete in today's marketplace, you must know how to design a compelling business plan. You must possess a strong commitment to customer service and quality products or services.

One important characteristic that an aspiring entrepreneur must possess is passion. Without it, nothing will drive your efforts. Passion will allow you to pursue your dreams and goals with enthusiasm. There is a pain point for every entrepreneur and that pain point is when you decide to do something you are not passionate about. If you are unable to find a business niche that you are passionate about, you will remain stuck in your current profession without making any progress in your career or your finances.
