The Taliban on Friday said that China has promised to keep its international safe haven in Afghanistan open and "hamburger up" relations in the conflict torn country, which this week saw US troops leave following an almost 20-year military presence, as indicated by a Guardian report. 

Suhail Shaheen, a representative for the Islamist local army, said that a senior individual from the Taliban's political office in Qatar was educated by Chinese delegate unfamiliar priest Wu Jianghao that Beijing looked to build compassionate guide in Afghanistan.
