The episode happened at around 12:15 a.M. On Monday, July 19, in Jamestown, New York - around 70 miles southwest of Buffalo - when Officer Mark Conklin was dealing with a help approach Baker Street and he was made aware of a potential house fire about a traffic light away on William Street, as per an assertion from the Jamestown Police Department.
