The Cardinals participate in the challenge with a 2-4-1 by and large record and are 0-0-1 in MAC play. The Chippewas come into the match with a general record of 3-4-0 and are 0-1-0 in the MAC. Ball State enters Sunday with a general record of 8-16-2 in the series with Central Michigan. The crews split the two challenges last season as the two groups won 2-1 in additional time at home.

Nicky Potts and Chelcy Ralph are tied for the leader with four focuses as they each have recorded two objectives. Melissa Diceman, Avery Fenchel, Kennedy Metzger, and Emily Simmons each have added one objective. Alex DeRuvo has begun every one of the six challenges in objective for the Cardinals and has made 22 saves money on the year. Of Ball State's eight objectives this season, three have come by means of the extra shot.

Ball State's two extra shot objectives at Valparaiso (Aug. 22) are without a doubt an uncommon accomplishment and imprint whenever Ball State first has scored on two extra shots in a similar match going as far back as the 2003 season. Before the three extra shot objectives this season, the Cardinals just had one extra shot objective over the most recent two years consolidated.

The program record for extra shot objectives in a season is five by the 2007 crew. Ball State is one of just 14 projects in the nation to score no less than three extra shot objectives this season. Princeton drives all NCAA Division I programs with four, while BSU is attached with 12 different projects with three.
