Who performs the treatments?
Our treatments are performed by experienced medical professionals, including licensed doctors, nurse practitioners, RNs, LPNs, MAs, and medical aestheticians.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, HSA (health savings account), and a third-party finance company called Cherry with interest free payment plans.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment through our website contact page, by phone (207-707-6213), on our app, or in person at one of our locations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointments and well-being are essential to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected events occur requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment we respectfully request a 24-hour notice. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers but our other clients/patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments. Missed appointments or cancellations without a 24-hour notice will result in a $50 fee.
Are there any age restrictions for services?

Is there parking available at your location?
Yes, our location has ample parking available.
Do you work with advanced medical issues?
Yes we do, Med Matrix offers comprehensive health memberships where we dive deep into your health care and work on a patient to level to restore proper functional. Reference our functional medicine page and call for more information.
Is primary care and option?
We do not offer primary care however, we have programs that are much more in depth than what you would typically receive at a primary care office.
