γδ T cell LDH cytotoxicity test

Several previous studies have detected γδ T Cell cytotoxicity through the LDH Cytotoxicity assay. For example, in an analysis of tumor-infiltrating γδ T cells in rectal cancer, the LDH assay was done. In order to detect specific cytotoxicity, HR8348 and Vδ2 T cells were co-cultured at the ratios of 10:1, 20:1 and 30:1.
