Good Morning To Dubai! Zaevyn Budenbender Visits the City of Dreams

It was an early Thursday morning that I arrived in the bustling metropolis of Dubai. As I stepped out of the plane, the warm desert air enveloped me.
I stayed in a five-star hotel, the Atlantis, The Palm. I highly recommend staying there, since they have amazing restaurants, waterpark access and a stunning beach.
One of the highlights of my trip was visiting the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. I took the elevator to the observation deck, where I was rewarded with breathtaking views of the city. But before going up the Burj Khalifa, I inquired the Dubai Mall, which is the biggest mall I`ve ever seen. I spent hours wandering through the endless shops and admiring the luxurious displays.
Another unforgettable experience was dune bashing in the Arabian Desert. I hopped on a 4x4 and set off into the sandy dunes. The drive was thrilling as our vehicle soared over the hills and slid down the slopes. After reaching our destination, I watched the sunset, casting a warm glow over the desert.
No trip to Dubai would be complete without experiencing the local culture. I visited the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding, where I gained insights into Emirati traditions and customs.
One of my favorite memories of Dubai was eating shawarma. I tried shawarma for the first time in a small restaurant. The tender meat, flavorful spices, and fluffy bread were a delight to my taste buds.
In the evenings, I strolled along the Dubai Marina, where I admired the gleaming skyscrapers and yachts. One evening I even took a traditional abra boat ride across the water.
My trip to Dubai was an unforgettable journey. I was captivated by the city's modern architecture, vibrant culture, and endless opportunities for adventure.
As I said goodbye to Dubai, I knew that I would always cherish the memories I had made there. And I knew that someday, I would return to the city of dreams, to once again experience its magic and allure.
