General conference 2024

Are you ready for the biggest spiritual event of the year?

The 2024 General Conference is coming soon, and I'm excited to share everything you need to know to make the most of it.
The conference offers a wealth of opportunities to worship, learn, and connect with fellow believers. Kicking off on April 5, 2024, this once-in-a-lifetime event promises to be a transformative experience.

This year's conference theme is "Trust in the Lord." Isn't it comforting to know that in these uncertain times, we have a refuge in God? This theme will be explored through a variety of speakers, workshops, and activities, designed to help us grow closer to God and each other.

One of the highlights of the conference is always the main sessions. These sessions feature inspiring messages from Church leaders, as well as music, testimonies, and special performances. Last year, I was moved to tears by a choir's rendition of "The Spirit of God." I can't wait to see what they have in store for us this year!

In addition to the main sessions, there are also a variety of breakout sessions to choose from. These sessions cover a wide range of topics, including personal growth and development, family relations, and Church history. I'm planning on attending a session on "How to Find Peace in a Chaotic World." I'm sure it will be a great way to learn practical tips for dealing with stress and anxiety.

Of course, no conference would be complete without some social activities. There will be plenty of opportunities to mingle with other attendees, make new friends, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the conference center. I'm especially looking forward to the nightly entertainment, which always features a variety of musical performances and cultural demonstrations.

If you're not able to attend the conference in person, you can still participate online. The Church will be live-streaming all of the main sessions and many of the breakout sessions. You can also follow along on social media using the hashtag #GeneralConference.

Whether you're attending in person or online, I encourage you to make the most of this special event. It's a wonderful opportunity to grow closer to God, learn more about the gospel, and connect with fellow believers.

I can't wait to see you there!
