My Story

I was bullied throughout middle school and high school. I was called names, picked on, and even threatened with violence. It was a difficult time for me, and I felt like I had nowhere to turn.

One day, I decided to talk to my parents about what was happening. They were very supportive and helped me to develop some coping skills. I also started seeing a counselor, who helped me to understand the effects of bullying and how to deal with it.

With the help of my parents and counselor, I was able to overcome the bullying. I am now a confident and successful adult, and I am passionate about helping others who are being bullied.
