To take that 1st step into this global, online, exposed world is so intimidating. My world has been defined by the pen and paper, the manager (as the all knowing being), and the student - that should feel a sense of reverance to be in this world. How times have changed, and how fast!

How to learn from each other, in the classroom, in the office, in the online environment is humbling. The titles and positions disappear as soon as one presses that tiny little "e".
